Delivery:
Once we have confirmed your order and received payment for the goods, your order will be dispatched.
Please Note: Cheques can take 5 days to clear.
Where We Deliver:
We usually only deliver to UK mainland this is reflected by the price of postage. For deliveries to some parts of Scotland, Channel Islands, Ireland or international deliveries, additional shipping costs may apply. Please enquire by Phone or E-mail before ordering. We cannot guarantee delivery for a certain day or time.
Delivery notes, Charges & Times.
We use the UK Royal Mail service.
ALL of our deliveries require a signature for your security, and for your security we can't ask your postman to leave your parcel behind the shed. Similarly, we only deliver to the credit card holders billing address; this is to stop fraudulent use of your card
Delivery Charges:
- One item - £4.95 - Shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery, next day by 1pm.
- Two or more items - £6.95 - Shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery, next day by 1pm.
Orders placed after noon on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
Order Tracking
All of our products are tracked. Upon dispatch of your goods, we will email you with a Royal Mail reference number. Go to the Royal Mail website to track your item(s).
Please Note:
Unless otherwise stated, items are after-market parts, not genuine manufacturers parts. We are committed to providing you with top quality replacement service parts at competitive prices. All prices include VAT at the current rate where applicable. We reserve the right to occasionally substitute one part for another in the interests of maintaining our commitment to a swift delivery. When this does happen, the replacement item will be of the same or higher quality as the replaced item.
Title of goods shall not pass to the buyer until paid for in full.
Returns:
No merchandise may be returned for credit or adjustment without authorisation. Any goods accepted for credit must be returned in new condition and with original packaging, and will be credited at your cost, postage fees are non refundable. No credit/refund/exchange will be issued/exchanged for any single item older than 7 days beyond the delivery date.
Full credit or replacement, at our discretion, will be allowed in cases where the goods are returned because of obviously faulty workmanship or an error on the part of our organisation. All claims must be made within 7 days of merchandise.
We make every effort to ship the correct parts to our customers. We double check each order when it is entered into our computer by comparing that model/Part number and the description you have given us against the description for that model/part number in the system.
